I just wanted to take a moment to follow up with you now that we have nearly completed our first contract with Johnson Matthey.

First, I’d like to thank you for all your efforts and diligence from the very beginning when, quite atypically, we requested and received eight proposals for the above referenced technical transfer contract. Johnson Matthey distinguished its proposal not only in terms of pricing and presentation, but also in providing or responding to each of our RFP requirements (remarkably not every company does so). Your attention to detail and customer service has been a constant from our first meeting to our most recent telephone conversation. You always give us the feeling we are your most important client!

Also I would like to thank all of the technical staff we have worked with. Most enjoyably all teams members demonstrated both strong technical abilities and professional behavior in each and every weekly teleconference or in any individual electronic communication over the past ten months of work. The general attitude of all team members is timely, forthright and always “can do;” any issue or problem is met with “how can we solve this matter in the best/most cost-effective way.” I can truly say it is a pleasure working with everyone individually and as a group.
