Our second site, located in North Andover, Massachusetts, houses three additional reactor trains and a separations technology facility. Johnson Matthey Pharmaceutical Materials – USA’s bulk
cGMP API facility, located in West Deptford, New Jersey is home to
hastelloy and glass-lined reactor trains ranging in capacity up to
2,000 gallons (7,600L) including a new 50,000 sq. ft. multilevel,
state-of-the-art addition. The facility is in strict compliance with
DEA manufacturing requirements for Schedule I through IV controlled
substances and houses Class 100,000 contamination-controlled rooms
with HEPA-filtered air-handling systems. |
Headquartered in Devens, Massachusetts, Johnson Matthey Pharmaceutical
Services houses state-of-the-art, self-contained manufacturing suites
featuring 100-500 gallon glass-lined and hastelloy reactors with
cryogenic cooling capabilities. The facility also features more than
30 kilo-laboratories including a dedicated high-potency lab and a
catalytic screening laboratory.
